Tip # 6: FALL VICTIM TO PEER PRESSURE: MAKE HEALTHY FRIENDS

If you are a newcomer to this blog it will be very helpful to read my Introduction to these tips, and then my post "How to Use These tips."

Our mothers used to say "Hang out with the right crowd. Don't be hanging around with a bad crowd." I hate to admit it, but she was right then, at the age of 16. And she's still right now, at the age of... Well, we won't go there.

Now hanging out with only the happy people can seem to be kind of cold-hearted, or even downright Un-Christian (or whatever your particular religion is.)

So why,  as a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach, would I say that?

The fact of the matter is that if we put a "doom-and-gloomer" in a crowd of people who are laughing and having fun, he or she will bring the whole group down. Very seldom does a positive, happy person raise the level of happiness for someone who does not want it raised.

For instance, I have a loved one who is chronically depressed. For many, many years I tried to make her happy. I finally learned that she gets no better at all when I try to lift her spirits. But I can easily get worse as she dampens mine. So I have learned to step back and limit my time with her.

I have heard top experts say that you can tell your approximate income by averaging out the income of your closest friends. I take that one step further and say "We can tell how happy, or fulfilled, or successful, or spiritually connected we are by assessing the people we hang around with." For the most part, our happiness level will be similar to that of our friends, family members, and lovers.

This is very good news in a way. Because it becomes very obvious that our access to what we want in life, be it material, or non-material things, is to hang out with people who have it already. In other words we have to search the world for friendships with people who personify whatever it is we want.

At this point I will also make a bold claim that what we ALL want, what everyone truly desires at the most basic level of life, is to love and feel good about themselves. And as a close 2nd, we want to share that love and feeling good with others. So if we want that, we need to scour the world and find and become friends with the people who truly love themselves, and feel good about it.

If we have that kind of self-love already, I will assert that we already have those kinds of self-loving friends. Because like attracts like. And conversely if most of our friends are unhappy, or 'doom and gloom', or 'the glass is half empty', I will assert that they are lacking self-love, and so are we. Otherwise would not attract them as friends

So this is the not so good news...If we are each to have the life we dream of- including self-love, fun, play, ease, joy, fulfillment, and happiness, we are going to have to let go of all of our friends who live in the opposite way.

What would happen if we each surrounded ourselves with joyful, happy, fun, playful, and heart-centered beings? How would those kinds of "rising & soaring" friends help us to "Rise Above & Soar"? Meanwhile when our unhappy friends get lonely enough, they may choose to go out and learn how to be happy.

In the days of loving an alcoholic I learned this... It is only by choice that any of us change- choice or when life convinces us that we have no other choiceMeanwhile peer pressure is huge, even for adults. The trick is to have your peers pressure you toward what you really want, and not away from it.

The wonderful thing today is that such enlightened happy friends are 'there for the taking.' At online sites like meetup.com we can literally search for whatever we want in a friend. And we search by association whatever we want in ourselves! How cool is that?

Once we have such friends, we will want to get into community with them. This is truly step # 6... not just having supportive happy friends, but getting together with them, going to the dances, and drumming circles, and meditations, and ball games, and picnics, and spiritual events. This will have our spirits truly soaring, as we leave behind the cell phone, the computer, the TV and the Game Console to really connect with others.

I have walked the walk my friends. I have been in the deep, deep trenches in life where it seemed like there was nothing lower than where I was, and the only direction I could possibly move was up. The thing that raised me in those days was that I actively put myself around people who felt better than me. I welcomed the light and joy that happy, peaceful, heart-centered people brought to me.

So go make some new joyful new friends and really connect to them. That is Step 6, and how we use "Peer Pressure" to alter life for the better.

As always, all of this is contributed to you from a place of humility. Yes I am a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach. However, when all is said and done, the biggest trainer we each have is that Higher & Divinely Connected Self within us.

Tip # 5a: MY MAMA ALWAYS SAID "YOU GOTTA PUT THE PAST IN THE PAST"

If you are a newcomer to this blog it will be very helpful to read my Introduction to these tips, and then my post "How to Use These tips."

"Put the Past in The Past."  If you're like most of us, you've heard this saying more than once. And your mother was the first one who said it. You were probably saying something like "I don't want to ride my bike because last time I tried, I fell down." And she said "You got to put the past in the past." So you got up and tried again.

And we all had mothers, so most of us became pretty proficient at putting the past in the past. When we lost that job, we went out and found another. When that relationship didn't work, we went out and found another. When the next job and the next relationship didn't work, we went out and found others. And when the next job and the next relationship didn't work, we went out and found others.

Some of us got back on so many horses, we were hobbling around like a cowboy.

So as a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach, this is what I have to say...

What if the reason all of those jobs and all of those relationships didn't work was still the past. What if we had never, ever gotten over it? What if we just pushed it further and further to the back of our brains... right into that subconscious that everyone says is even more powerful than the conscious?

How do you overcome your past? Or to put it more succinctly, how do you overcome that past, which you can't even see, but which is creating the same situations over and over and over again.
I am not just talking about jobs and relationships. I am talking about anywhere in our life where we say "Oh no... Not this again." Not this employee. Not this bank overdraft. Not this argument. Not this health issue. Not this kind of a pet. Not this lost keys. Not this vacation mess-up. Not this car issue. etc. etc. etc.

Wherever we say "Not this again", we are actually dealing with a pattern. And wherever we have a pattern, that's our past showing up where we definitely don't want it.

There are lots of reasons why that happens: The Law of Attraction, and the Law of Karma, Ontology, The Reticular Activation System in our brains, Quantum Physics and Quarks. And if you have plenty of time I can teach you what I have learned about all of that over the last 20 years or so.

Or you could just take my word for it.

Whenever we have a pattern in anything, that is our past that we have not yet put into the past. And it's not so easy to solve it by just getting back on the bike.

How do you overcome your past so those patterns go away?

I did a keyword search to see what all of you were searching for around my topic before I wrote this post. And it seems you are searching for "How do you overcome your past?" So that's why I am using that phrase.

But in actuality we're not really wanting to overcome our past. Because having to overcome something implies that we see it as an obstacle. And if we see our past as an obstacle, that in itself is a very big obstacle.  (See my post "Believing Is Seeing")

So what we are looking to do instead is a sort of "divine alchemy." We are cultivating a process where we take what appears to be base metal (our sometimes devestating experiences) and turn it into pure gold (an even more amazing US) I have sometimes called this "uncreating" our past. But that's also not quite accurate. The past will always be there. We can't really uncreate it.

But we can dissolve our own made-up reactions to our past- reactions that live forever as the decisions we made of who and how to be, and how to live and react to every situation, every type of person, and every potential occurrence.

I will give you a for instance from my life... As a child I loved to sing and dance. I was always singing and dancing, singing and dancing. However my mom was not sound-friendly. Sounds and noises bothered her immensely. So while I was busy singing, she was always busy telling me to stop.
So somewhere along the line I decided I had a horrible voice.

Whenever we decide any such thing, it's a very bad thing in the long haul. The word de-cide is related to sui-cide and homi-cide, and literally means to "kill off possibilities." So I never went for any vocal training. I never got a music degree. I sang plenty of concerts, but my only audience was the steering wheel of my car. In essence, I did everything else in life except what I loved the most.

I would have gone to my grave like that. Most people do. Except that I was in a transformational course (like the ones I teach) and I SAW that I had made that decision that my voice was horrible. I saw how that decision had sunk into my subconscious, and for all purposes it became 100% true to me.  And I performed the divine alchemy of un-deciding that decision.

You can hear what's actually true about me as a singer in my video link below. I am raising capital to do my first-ever recordings of inspirational songs. Donate if you feel so moved.

But the point is this...We all have a lifetime of such decisions. These decisions have sunk into the backs of our brains and become part of our subconscious beliefs about US, and all the things we can or cannot do. These decisions are not true. They are all false. But they run us and drive our lives in a million ways. It is these decisions that create all the patterns that have us each say... "Oh no. Not again." These decisions drop in like little thought mind-bombs and derail us from what might otherwise have been a better course.

Usually we need help to un-decide decisions. This is largely because we can't see them. We are literally blind to these decisions. So we need an expert to help us see. There are lots of great experts and processes out there, including standard therapy and all kinds of mind-coaching processes. (Therapy, by the way, is not just for the sick. Most of us could use a good slice of it.)

Yet in my opinion there are few processes that match for speed and laser-like efficiency what has been called Ontology, or The Science of Being and how we create our very selves." And that's what I do.

So today I give you myself as a resource. Join my free webinar on Thursday, August 24th, 2017, 7pm-8:30 EDT.  Mindbombs:  The Trogger-Happy False Beliefs That Have Us 'Ready to BLow'.
If you miss this webinar, please contact me for the next one.

So work with me or work with someone else out there. But at all cost follow your mama's advice..."You got to put the past in the past."

As always, all of this is contributed to you from a place of humility. Yes I am a Tranformational Personal Growth & Life Coach. However, when all is said and done, the biggest trainer we each have is that Higher & Divinely Connected Self within us.

Tip # 5b: PUT THE PAST IN THE PAST

If you are a newcomer to this blog it will be very helpful to read my Introduction to these tips, and then my post "How to Use These tips."

What does it mean to "Put the Past in the Past"?

If you are like me 20 years ago, it means absolutely nothing to you. Twenty years ago, I didn't care about what had happened to me in the past. What did it matter to me? That was then, this was now. Why should I even worry about it?

In point of fact, it would never have occurred to me that there was anything from my past that was hindering me. And if someone had told me to put the past in the past in order to have the life of my dreams, I would have thought they weren't even talking about me. I would have figured they were talking about some other folks out there... for instance, the folks out there that are not so very well put together.

However from where I sit now as a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach

I can very clearly see this...

In those days I was a walking, talking, open, gaping wound from all that had happened to me, that I did not even think was affecting me.

How could I be an open gaping wound and not even think I was affected by my past?

Our personal past is alive in us in ways that we cannot even see. It has formed our way of thinking, our mind-sets and beliefs, our personal fears and phobias, our insecurities, our beliefs about what we can and cannot do, accomplish, or succeed at. Our personal past drives who we trust and who we don't, based on the lingering attempt not to make the same mistake again.

PS- Our assessment of this is often dead wrong, and causes the very issues we look to avoid. That is why we all have what seem to be never-ending patterns of the same unworkable situations, relationships, jobs, arguments, problems, troubles, and predicaments.

As humans we have over 100 Million Billion trees of learning (or Dendrites) in our brains where we house all of the things we have ever 'learned' in our lifetimes. The lion's share of what we have learned about 'life', 'ourselves', 'how we are' and 'how the world' is has been hard-wired into those dendrites by the painful/traumatic experiences of our lives. The process is often complete by the age of 6, 7, or 8. I am speaking of what we know without even questioning or thinking about it. All of this is wrapped up in what has been called by some experts our 'Identity'.

So I was a walking, talking open-wound because my Identity, formed through victimization and violence at age 5 or 6, was (at the time) an ongoing victim, lacking self-love, lacking confidence, and lacking any true ability to move through all of that brain fog into a successful, vibrant, and enjoyable life.

Now, I do not want to imply that only victims of harsh experience carry their past around in that way. In point of fact every human being on the planet carries a residue of his or her personal past that gets in his or her way, to one extent or another. Even our very physical bodies carry the past around in ways that hinder us greatly. We are all usually blind to that. But the effect of the past on the physical body is a whole post in and of itself, and I will discuss it another time.

So in the mental realm, what happens when we really put the past in the past?

Quite simply said, life becomes the land of miracles. Each time we put a piece of our past firmly in the past, we dissolve the accompanying belief sets and thinking that has hindered us. We begin to have breakthroughs and completely unprecedented results. Life looks totally different than it ever did. Each breakthrough takes our life forward. And it is a leap forward, not a baby step.

When we do this enough, we and our lives literally become unrecognizable. The fragile, insecure, and somewhat impotent human 'Egos' that we all are slip further and further away. We act more and more from our heart centers, the part of us that is connected to others and connected to life or source itself.

Said another way, life goes a million times better for us.

I'm going to give you two hugely powerful resources today to assist you with "Putting the Past in the Past. I am also quite powerful with that, so I give you my current course as well.

To take the fast track in life, consider doing all three things, though not all at once...

Not only does Rikka's work help dissolve the past from your life, it also leaves you more connected to your spirit and divine essence than anything else I know of. Inside of that space, miracles truly happen

3) "Head Over Heels in Love With Me"

This is my 12 week virtual course and the next set begins the week of June 26th, 2017. (If you are past this date when you read this, contact me for the next one.) For this course I have combined all of my most powerful tools into 12 amazing weeks. Here's what you get in the course.

Tip # 4: BELIEVING IS SEEING

If you are a newcomer to this blog it will be very helpful to read my Introduction to these tips, and then my post "How to Use These tips."

In my very first post, The Introduction, I spoke a bit about the Law of Attraction, and Quantum Physics. As a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach who has done a ton or training
& research I can say this about what is scientifically true…

Whatever we believe in collectively and individually comes true. Quantum Scientists say the reason for this phenomenon is because the very smallest particles of matter, something called Quarks, are actually affected by human beings, individually and collectively. Said another way, the Observer (human being) has an affect on the Observed (Quarks, the building blocks of matter). And one cannot separate the one from the other in the matter of predicting behavior.

Studies have also shown that these Quarks exhibit a behavior which is called “Quantum Entanglement”. What this means is that no matter how far apart a Quark may be from its Entangled Partner, the actions/behavior of one correlate to the actions/behavior of the other. So there is some kind of instantaneous communication between Quarks that is not spoken and not accounted for by any form of communication we human beings know of… except what one might deem as a sort of telepathy, or some sort of information field that is present across extreme distance, and even time.

Meanwhile these Quarks make up every single material ‘thing’ in our universe, living and non-living. That means cats, dogs, stars, planets, chairs, push pins, hat racks, volcanoes, plants, and anything & everything else we can possibly think of. So information flows mysteriously between Quarks, the smallest building blocks of matter, AND human beings are intricately connected to what those Quarks actually do.

But we do not need to get so very scientific to have full and indisputable proof that Believing is Seeing. We can look to our own lives. For instance have you ever noticed that your friend, who believes and says that all men are fickle, never has a committed man in her life. Or have you noticed that your sister, who thinks and says that money is very difficult to get, is always broke.  Or have you noticed that you yourself live in a run, run, run world, and you also fully believe that there is never enough time.

Now at this point many people might say “But you are missing the point…All men ARE fickle, Money IS very difficult and There simply is NOT enough time.” And I might concur with this on some level if I had not seen or helped hundreds of people rid themselves of these kinds of belief sets (and also done it at least a thousand times for myself) and seen the striking results. Suddenly, when the core belief is uprooted, there are only committed men coming around, or loads of money begins to pour in, or time becomes plentiful, and lounging around at a leisurely pace becomes the norm.

We who work or play at altering our own and other people’s often toxic belief sets don’t need a single bit of proof that “Believing is Seeing.” It is abundantly clear to us that whatever an individual really believes, has in fact come true for him or her.

I will give you a personal example…

When I first began to delve into what I might call "uncreating" beliefs I believed with 100% surety that there was something wrong with me. Of course I never told this to anyone. I tried to pretend I was confident. But the struggle in my mind was a nightmare. I never wanted to say what was on my mind, for fear I might make some mistake, or upset someone, or reveal my flaws. I examined my unspoken thoughts to the hilt, then discarded 90% of them as unable to be spoken. Even a comment on the weather could be taken incorrectly, I was sure. So I shut up a lot, and was completely stifled and uneasy. When I did speak as Lorelei, it was not with much power. Interestingly I could speak beautifully as an actress in a role, but not as ME in my life, or on a stage.

After seeing the root cause of why I felt there was something wrong with me (a specific incident of violation at a young age) I started to speak up and speak out as me. After years of this, I now make a living at Public Speaking. Often this entails telling people things that might upset them, but which make a big difference to them.

So to sum up, I believed there was something wrong with me and so there was, at least in the area of speaking. I saw something I had never seen which had me stop believing there was something wrong with me, and the issue went away. I was then able to speak with power- eventually being able to say anything to anyone, no matter how touchy the subject, and say it in a way that made a difference for them.

Believing is Seeing. If you believe something, it will show up in your life.

There are two major ways we can approach the world of “Believing is Seeing” in order to have a life that we love.

1) We can uproot and dismantle our disempowering beliefs. When we do this for a certain issue or area of life, new empowering beliefs always show up. This is quite an amazing and powerful process, where we experience literal “quantum leaps” in life. This is the work that I personally do for people. So this week one tool I am giving you is "Me." Reach out to me via facebook or linkedIn below, if you would like to chat about uprooting your disempowering beliefs.

2) We can practice our God given ability to imagine and visualize. The more we 'see' what we want, 'experience' it, and especially 'feel the feeling' of having it, doing it, or being it, the more it will materialize for us. The Masterful Mr. Jack Canfield has a great article on visualization here.

In addition, if you have not seen, read or listened to “The Secret” yet, consider that you are a bit behind the 8 ball. The Secret (movie, book, audio tape) has a wealth of information on “Believing is Seeing”,  as well as on the power of visualization. Here is the link the website.

Of course the most powerful way to approach “Believing is Seeing” is to practice both of the above methods. Because you or I could spend all day, every day visualizing the love of our lives, seeing what he or she looks like, acts like and IS like. But if there is a core belief that we are not attractive to the opposite sex, for instance, those beautiful people that we are visualizing are just not going to show up in our lives.

So here is an important point to make...If we are visualizing and doing affirmations but getting little result, then it is almost a given that there is some core belief that is diametrically opposed to our having what we want. Dismantling that belief is the missing link that needs to be addressed to get what we desire.

In one of my first posts, “Separating the Wheat From the Chaff”, I spoke also about the strong probability that we human beings of the earth will soon be moving to a higher vibration, or frequency as they say. In the higher vibrations thoughts become material things nearly instantaneously. Belief has become 'knowing 'in the higher vibrations, with zero doubt or question, so what we desire materializes. I am speaking about the loaves and fishes now, for it is presupposed that Jesus was at a much higher  vibration than anyone else at the time.

Next time discuss on tip # 4 I will talk more about this instantaneous materializing, and how we can take strong steps in that direction. If you are interested to take a Quantum Leap now, I direct you to this particular Meet-up group called Ancient Awakenings.

This step correlates largely to the Naval Chakra, which deals with our dreams, ambitions and fantasies. According to Master Teacher Diana Cooper, the Archangel Gabriel watches over this Chakra. We can ask for his assistance with this Chakra, and he is always delighted to help.

Visualizing is tons of fun, and uprooting beliefs sets is truly a thrill. So enjoy this step!

As always, all of this is contributed to you from a place of humility. Yes I am a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach. However, when all is said and done, the biggest trainer we each have is that Higher & Divinely Connected Self within us.

Namaste. I send you love, light, joy, fun, play, ease and wild abundance.

Tip # 3: THE HOLY ART OF PLAY

If you are a newcomer to this blog it will be very helpful to read my Introduction to these tips, and then my post "How to Use These tips."

As a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach I can say this...

In my humble opinion, there is not much closer to the spirit of God than the Act of Creation. When God created, he/she gave birth to us all.. He/she gave birth to the entire cosmos and all beings, and life forms, and all planets, and all galaxies, and all universes, and all material things, and all Angels, and all of Everything. So when WE create, we give life to something and we are fully being the God-part of ourselves.

Many of us here on the earth have wondered about the why of creation. For what purpose, we ask, was all of this made? Why did it all come into existence? There have been answers galore to this question, spanning through the eons of all time. But as far as I can see the only answer that seems to make any real sense, the only answer that comes from any true God-like unconditional love and freedom is this one...

It was all created just for the fun of it. All of this was created for the sheer joy of creation itself.

Wow. Isn't that wonderful. We can now let go of all of our have-tos, and shoulds, and guilts about what we did or did not accomplish here on this planet to date. Because we have no real agenda. We have no real duty. We just simply exist for the joy of it. And by our very existence, we have pleased God.

YAAAYYYY....That is so great and such a relief.

I myself have lived entire decades of my life feeling a low grade of guilt for all I did or did not do, for all my perceived failures or lacks of success. I thought, erroneously, I could only please God by doing something amazing like solving world hunger or causing world peace. I spent a lot of years trying to figure out how I could do something amazing like that. It was a daunting task to set for myself, and quite psychologically defeating. Meanwhile the struggle to do that literally forced me to abject poverty at one point in my life. (That's a long story and I will save it for another day.)

But what a relief to finally see that just by being here we are successes, and a pleasure to God. We are 1000% valuable just by your very existence.

Some of us would like to argue that this is not true- that we are not so very great or beloved, just by our mere existence. But I do get messages from the Angels beyond the veil, so to speak. Many of us are getting such communications these days, and I discuss this a bit in my writing "Separating the Wheat from The Chaff." So this is what THE ANGELS say about each and every one of us. We ARE beloved beyond imagining. Shall we then argue with the Angels?

So if God created all of this and all of us for the sheer joy of it, just to play and have fun, then it stands to reason that fun and play are very holy things. It looks as if fun and play are actually just as holy as the Act of Creation. So we shall now capitalize the holy words "Fun" and "Play", just as we do the  holy word "God". :)

So if you look, we could even argue that the only forms of lasting Creation come from being in the space of Fun and Play. Being in Fun and Play we create things that are truly valuable and lasting. We will not abandon these creations, half done. We stick with them for the sheer joy of creating them. And these joyful creations are the things that we all value the most, are they not? Consider the model airplane you took joy in creating at age 16. Then you proudly displayed it on the shelf and kept it there for years. Store bought things came and went, but that model airplane stayed on the shelf.

When we create something that we truly love, we are naturally having Fun and Playing. So Fun, Play, and Creation go hand in hand.

Now I want to expand what we all think Creation is...Yes it is art. Yes it is music. Yes it is architecture, and Legos, and bridges, and plays, and songs and arboretums and museums, and horse farms, and restaurants, and cuisines, and task forces, and magazines, and lobbying campaigns, and books, and business plans, and anything at all that we each enjoy "creating."

But creation is much more...

Creation is when you go outside with your son to throw the baseball, and suddenly you are laughing and smiling with him. That is a moment of joy you have created.

Creation is when you are making love (arguably the highest form of creation) and your eyes meet and you both pause in wonder at the beauty you see there. That is a moment of love you have created.

Creation is when you sit around with friends in the yard after a picnic and suddenly you point to the clouds and everyone sees the outline of a unicorn. That is a moment of wonder you have created.

Creation is literally taking the time to live moment by moment and see what you can do, make, or cause, alone and with others... just for the sheer joy of it.

And when you truly create from your God-self, you will be having fun, playing, loving your life, and loving others.

So now here are my radical tools for this step, step number 3.

1) MAKE PLAY AND FUN YOUR JOB. Do it every day and let it lead you to whatever there is to create, even in the world of money.

2) CREATE WHATEVER WILL PUT YOU IN THE SPACE OF FUN AND PLAY.
Whatever creation makes your heart sing in the moment, do it.

When we do these two things every day, our lives become magical. We are exuding that positive joy energy, and life opens up. What we want begins to literally come right to us. Bank accounts often grow magically. In the work I do, for instance, this tool of bringing in "Play" literally saved one particular couple from breaking up their whole marriage. This kind of thing certainly happens, as long as we are not thwarting ourselves in some other ways that we will talk about later.

This step is associated with the Sacral Chakra, which is just above the root chakra. It is the chakra of creativity, and sexuality. This chakra is overseen by Archangel Gabriel and his twin flame, Archangel Hope. You may ask either for assistance as follows...

"Dearest Archangel Hope/Gabriel. Please assist me with being in creation, letting go of work and struggle and embracing the holy energies of Fun and Play. Please drop ideas into my head when I begin to work or struggle, and show me moment by moment, what miraculous things I can create with Fun, Play, and Ease. Thank you for the immense blessing that you are, and for all you bring to my life."

Here are some ideas of what may be Fun for you.

A) Create Visual Art- all kinds
-You don't have to be Monet. Even coloring is a creation. (And one we adults have forgotten that we love to do!)

B) Create Performance Art- Music, Dance, Theater
- It doesn't have to be big,
(Remember that there is a kid inside yourself... one who used to put together a play for the grown-ups with your cousins in half an hour.)

C) Build 'things'
-model airplanes, jewelry, knitting, foot-bridges, cabinets, doll houses, anything and everything you like and find joy in.

D) Create a group (such as a meet-up)
-for anything you like, enjoy, or find fulfillment in.

E) Write
-poetry, a book, a movie, as short story, a song

F) Beautify your home or garden
-add plants and flowers, stencil, create a meditation room, make a fish pond

G) Play a game with the kids, and create some moments of Fun

H) Snuggle on the couch with your honey and create some moments of love
-afterwards, if the mood strikes, you can even create the act of creating new life. That is certainly fun and playful. :)

There are too many ways to Create, have Fun and Play for me to name them all here, Do what YOU love, whatever that may be.

Note: Remember to keep the content of your creation or art in the space of fun, play, and ease. If you create from doom, gloom, and misery you will miss the whole point of finding your Play, and Fun.

Sometimes art (visual, performance, written) can be used to purge our pain. This the creation of a form of healing. Healing is a holy thing. But such pain-based forms of art must be used sparingly, lest they mindlessly create what we don't really want. By this I mean the creation of more suffering and pain. In such cases we as the viewer become much like rubber-kneckers, morbidly fascinated by the scene of an accident, and likely to cause one ourselves. This is a pretty good analogy, because whatever we focus on, collectively and individually, tends to increase.

A wonderful resource for you to learn how to play, and live in the wonder of life is Ms. Rita Abrego, a facilitator for something called "Access Consciousness." I learned all I know about this issue from her. She is truly a Divine Master at Fun, Play, and Ease. She has a wonderful facebook page of resources. It is a closed group, but you may be able to join upon request.

Here is her email address.

Tip # 2: YOUR BODY, THE TEMPLE

If you are a newcomer to this blog it will be very helpful to read my Introduction to these tips, and then my post "How to Use These tips."

As a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach I have an increasing sense that it is  important for each and every one of us to realize our true divinity right now.

There is a lot happening in the world to indicate
a) The world is ripe and ready for that particular spiritual awakening, and
b) We need to have it quickly.

I won't go into all of the evidence for the urgency right now. However I do want to lay out some evidence that we are in fact divine.
I will look at this today from a Christian perspective. I have found similar evidence in other religions, but I will save that for another day.
So in the Christian world, Jesus pointed to the fact that we are each divine over and over again when he said that HE was the Son of God. Then, most importantly, he called US his brothers and sisters. So if Jesus was the Son of God and we are his brothers and sister, it stands to reason...We are also the Sons and Daughters of God. So what does that mean, to be the Son or Daughter of God?
As a sister, I do not wish, require, or expect that my siblings worship me. That is just a silly thought. So by Jesus' mere use of this term brother, it stands to reason that he saw US to be just as Divine as he was. I can almost hear the hooting and hollering from some of you already. Please remember that I myself did not originally call you the brother/sister of Jesus. It was Jesus himself who said this. So please do not shoot the messenger. Jesus did not see himself as a deity to be worshiped by us. He saw himself our brother.
Now I want to be somewhat inclusive and say that if we follow this line of thought- that we are all brothers and sisters- then we can also conclude that Muhammad, Buddha, and all the other "prophets come-Gods", are also our brothers/sisters. And so it stands to reason that these prophets, like Jesus, did not come here to be deified or set above us. But rather they came to assist us in seeing something.
What did they want us to see?
I am making a case that one thing they all wanted us to see was our Own Divinity. Why do I think this? Because it is ultra-important that we see our own divinity if we want to move into the space of peace on earth, love, brotherhood, and joy. Now each and every major prophet has described this kind of thing as the goal. There is not a single viable prophet or religious sect out there which is saying we should all lie, cheat, steal, kill, and maim each other. They are all discussing how we should treat each other well.
So if goodness and love is the common stated goal of the prophets, why would they want us to know we are Divine?
I have come through to the other side of some deep life trauma and lack of self-love. I have trained for decades in how to overcome that and also helped many others to do the same, So from that perspective I can say this...When we don't realize our true divinity, it causes a multitude of problems. Not knowing who we are (i.e. children of God endowed with God-like qualities and our own divinity) we begin to act like someone (or some 'thing') else. We become very nasty inside of thinking we are NOT God- hating, hurting, lying, cheating, stealing, killing, etc.
Conversely. when we know we are part and parcel of God, we act more like God. What springs forth then is love, compassion, generosity, joy, fun, play, ease, peace and the like. In short, BELIEVING we are Divine, we ACT as a Divine being would act. And believing we are NOT Divine, we act as a NOT-Divine being would act. So it stands to reason we need to know this. And Jesus, and many other prophets, did try to tell us this.
So right here, right now it would be helpful for the stated goal of peace/love that we each resolve ourselves to the fact that we are God. I am not saying we are the Whole of God. But I am saying  we are a Part of Him. And I am saying we are each an important part, just as Jesus was. If it suits some of you better, you may call yourself Human-Angels, for I am quite sure that is also true.
So why am I even saying that we are God? What, pray tell, does that have to do with our bodies?
It has been said that the body is a temple. So our physical bodies are quite literally the Temples in which we house our own Divinity. This makes sense. You don't build a temple unless you have a God to put in it. So the body is the Temple and we are the Gods and Goddesses...
Moreover, these bodies are tailor-made to allow us to live as these Human-Angels comfortably, happily, and joyfully for what many speculate to be well over 150 years. Yes it is true. Many scientist now concur that the body was made to last a lot longer than it now does. So if that is true, why do most of our bodies last a measly 80-90 years, before deteriorating into a near decrepit state?
Consider that this is because we treat our bodies, the homes for our Divine souls and spirits, more like the local garbage dumps, than Temples. We feed our bodies a steady diet of murderous pesticides and plastics, GMOs, unnatural chemicals and by-products, polluted air, toxic skin products, garbage/nutrition deficient food such as Mcdonalds, Burger King, and Dunkin Donuts. And the dumps are now overflowing with rotting, fly-ridden, smelly, toxic by-products and waste. And so our bodies, our Temples, are literally being killed by us way before their time.
There are some other things we all do that kill our holy temples. We force our bodies to go, go, go, all day, every day, in a feverish quest for something we call "success". If we want it to lose weight or gain muscle, we starve our bodies, or work our Temples like we wouldn't work a dog, We call our Temples names like fat, ugly, obese, and the ever famous..."My body is a temple... The Temple of Doom." This would be funny. except we little realize how we kill ourselves off with our own words, thoughts and beliefs. Words create and words kill, which is why the bible says... "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God." (Words in this sense of course embody all Consciousness, thought as well as spoken.)
So we use our words and thoughts with a vehement disregard for their power over the body. And we little realize in our Western quests for success and a profit-driven collective image of perfection, that we are failing in the one thing that really matters. We are failing at enjoying and loving the beauty and wonder that WE ARE. Because warts and all, we are ALL pretty wondrous creatures.
Taking care of our Temples is also a form of Self-Love. It is the physical form of that love.
Meanwhile, Self-Love is our entry point for all other kinds of love. In other words... for any one of us to be truly loving to other people (our family, our children, our mates) we must each love and take care of ourselves. If we don't do that, we will certainly act out our pain and misery on other people. Unhappy people cannot help but to make others around them unhappy as well.
I will give you some personal experience. As a child I felt the pain of my mother's dislike for herself. She tried her best, and is a most wonderful soul at heart. But the wounds her own lack of self-love and unhappiness made in the developing 'Me' were palpable. Again I say, my mother is a wonderful soul who loved us dearly and never meant to hurt anyone. But it is simply impossible to grow happy, healthy, self-loving children if you are not happy, healthy, and self-loving yourself. I myself came out of this state by doing a whole lot of self-love work. I am now itemizing this work to you in these 12 steps. There is not a step here, by the way, that does not relate to self-love.
Self-love is actually the pinnacle for every single access to power in every realm of life.
So we must each love and care for ourselves as a top priority. Then we will be happy. Then we will bring this love and happiness to others. So I hope you will all take on self love in this 2nd step. I hope you will begin to treat your body as the wonderful Temple it is.
Today for this step I am outlining some of the physical ways to be self-loving. Our minds, emotions, and spirits also require self-love. But that is a conversation for another day. If you begin your journey to self-love here in the physical realm, that is a very good start.
So here are some ways to to Treat Your Body as the Temple It is....
A) Eat Organic, Unprocessed Foods.
(Do the research. Eating organic is difficult for some pocket books. But the more we demand inexpensive, non-toxic food, the cheaper it will become. Aldis now has a line of inexpensive organics, and local farmers coops often have organic practices, even though they may not pay for the label.)
B) Avoid Flours (and especially White Flour products) & pastas. Do your best to eat food in or close to its natural state. i.e. eat potatoes, not potato chips or potato flour.
C) Avoid all but natural, unprocessed sugars (fruit, honey, molasses.)
(If your body has become extremely toxic, and/or you have any kind of auto-immune disease. you may need to avoid gluten and/or grain products altogether.)
D) Avoid all sugar substitutes. The chemicals and unnatural processing are killing us all.
Here are two good resources if you are experiencing auto-immune diseases such as Celiac Disease, Thyroid Disease (Graves &/or Hashimotos), Leaky Gut, Rhumatoid Arthritis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Auto-immune skin disease, Adrenal Fatigue, and the like.
    1) Jordan Reasoner & Steve Wright: Solving Leaky Gut
This resource will educate you about the horrific effect of toxins on your body, and how to avoid them.
    2) Dr. Isabella Wentz, The Thyroid Secret
E) Purchase water filtration for your drinking, cooking, showering, and bathing. This is so important, since the adult human body is 60% water. Meanwhile our water supplies are hugely toxic. Here is a good source for purifying your water.

And now for the really fun stuff...
Choose to do something nice for your body EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Here are some examples...
1) Take a bubble bath
2) Get a Massage
3) Relax in a Hot Tub
4) Take a Yoga Class (Non-strenuous, Eastern-style is best)
5) Do 15 minutes of light stretching (The body loves to stretch!)
6) Go out for a walk in the sunshine
7) Take a Rest/ Do a peaceful meditation
Don Slepian has some of the most powerful music I know to put you in a relaxed meditative state of mind.
When we work on Step 2, we are working largely on our Root Chakra. This is the chakra at the very base of the spine, and it is the grounding chakra, which allows energy to flow from the earth so you can be centered, secure, active, present. The physical body is the very essence of our feeling secure and taken care of. This is because at least in this physical form, here on this planet called earth, we live or die, thrive or whither, based on what happens to our physical bodies.

Archangel Gabriel oversees the Root Chakra, and is most delighted to assist you with this work, if you ask for his help. You can say something like this...

"Beloved Archangel Gabriel, I ask you to assist me with exhibiting self love by caring for this, my Human-Angel Body Temple. Please guide me on the path. And if I go astray or need something specific for my temple, please drop ideas into my head to assist me. Help me also with the foresight to follow these ideas. I ask this in loving gratitude & brother/sisterhood."

As always, all of this is contributed to you from a place of humility. Yes I am a Transformational Personal Growth & Life Coach. However, when all is said and done, the biggest trainer we each have is that Higher & Divinely Connected Self within us.

Namaste and many blessings,
